  1. Login to Your Hosting Client Area:
    • Navigate to the Hosting login page here.
    • Enter your email address and password to log in to your client area.
  2. Navigate to 'My Services':
    • Once logged in, look for a navigation link or menu titled 'My Services'.
    • Click on that link or menu item.
  3. Locate the Service You Want to Cancel:
    • You will see a list of all the services/products you have purchased.
    • Find the service or product you wish to cancel.
  4. Click on the Service:
    • Click on the service or product you wish to cancel to view its details.
  5. Find the 'Request Cancellation' Option:
    • Once you're on the service details page, look for an option or button that says 'Request Cancellation'.
  6. Request Cancellation:
    • Click on the 'Request Cancellation' button.
    • A new page or a popup might appear asking you for the reason for cancellation and the cancellation type (Immediate or End of Billing Period). Fill in the necessary details.
      • Immediate: The service will be terminated immediately, and your refund would be based on our refund policy.
      • End of Billing Period: The service will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle. You won't be billed for the next cycle.
  7. Confirm Your Cancellation:
    • Review the information you've provided and confirm the cancellation. You should receive an email confirmation regarding the cancellation.
  8. Review Terms and Refund Policy:
    • It's essential to understand the terms of cancellation and whether you're entitled to any refunds.
  9. Backup Your Data (if necessary):
    • Before the service is cancelled, make sure to backup any essential data if you haven't done so already. Once the service is terminated, your data may be permanently deleted.
  10. Keep an Eye on Your Email:
    • The Turn Group might send you an email to confirm the cancellation or provide additional steps/information. Make sure to check your email, including the spam/junk folder.
